Our charms use hypoallergenic, nickel-safe stainless steel, with select pieces plated in 18k gold or rhodium.

Can I engrave a charm? ⌄

Yes, many flat and watch-face styles support engraving. Look for 'engraveable' in the product description.

How long do orders take to ship? ⌄

Free Singapore shipping for now. Most orders ship in 2–4 business days; engraved or pre-order items may take a few days longer.

Do you ship internationally? ⌄

Not yet — Singapore only for now.

What's the return policy? ⌄

Refunds are available within 30 days. Engraved or custom items are final sale unless defective.
